abatement, and energy conservation.

Housing Programs
Sparc initiates and administers special programs
designed to address specific community housing
needs. Examples include the Newell Park Sound
Mitigation Program and Lead Water Service Replacement
Program.
Housing Resource Center & Construction Assistance
Sparc provides housing resource information to
homeowners, including information on loan programs,
city permit procedures, and contractors. Sparc
also provides construction assistance to homeowners
or landlords undertaking renovation projects.
Development
Sparc develops new, and rehabilitates existing,
single family homes in selected target areas and
partners with other developers to construct multi-family
housing projects.
